Depending upon your holiday, insurance will be included or an extra. At the current time our preferred insurance supplier is Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited.

School, College & Youth Groups

For school, college and youth groups where you have purchased insurance as part of your holiday you may download a copy of the insurance policy document below.

Following your holiday booking, full information and a statement of insurance will be sent to the party leader.

It is your or your group leaders responsibility to contact the insurance company in the event of a claim. We strongly recommend that each of your group members also has an EU Health Insurance Card obtainable by application with a form from the Post Office. Please note that it is your or your parent / guardian responsibility to ensure you have read a copy of the policy and noted the exclusions applicable.

Other Groups, Families & Individuals

We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when travelling with TGM. It is therefore one of our terms and conditions of booking that you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel; cover must include emergency medical expenses, personal accident and repatriation. In addition, we strongly recommend that you include baggage, personal liability and cancellation cover.

TGM has teamed up with Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited to offer our travellers a range of excellent policies to choose from.

Each policy includes:-

• emergency medical expenses
• personal accident
• repatriation
• baggage
• personal liability
• overseas legal expenses
• cancellation or curtailment charges
• over 80 sports and activities covered as standard

NB It is advisable to take out your travel insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to cancel your trip for an insured reason such as illness or serious accident preventing you from travelling.

If your holiday includes 'Wintersports' please ensure you include 'winter Sports Cover' as an option when you book your insurance.
