Safety and Security is of paramount importance to TGM Travel Group. We operate an 'open book' policy and you or your employers are welcome to review our procedures and request clarification on any points on which you are not totally clear.

We have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Risk assessments have been carried out for all holidays and are available for inspection on request. All actions undertaken byTGM Travel Group staff whilst accompanying your group are governed by our procedures manual, a copy of which is available on request.

All UK based TGM Travel Group employees have been subject to a Criminal Records Bureau enhanced disclosure for working with children.

All TGM Travel Group employees who guide your party in the skiing environment have nationally approved qualifications and all have a valid First Aid training, insurance and certification.

TGM Travel Group only appoint Coach Operators after a very careful process of vetting and approval. All operators must provide modern, high specification vehicles with all necessary EU safety features. All coach operators and drivers must have extensive knowledge of winter driving in Europe. Coach drivers must adhere to strict safety regulations regarding drivers' hours as laid down by the DOT. Coaches will have full breakdown cover and international rescue for both vehicle and occupants.

Hotels used by TGM Travel Group are all visited and inspected personally by our staff. All have a current certificate to operate in their respective EU country. Fire drills will be conducted on arrival.
